Our company is not responsible for any allergic reactions, illness, or sickness during or after the use of our products.

WHOLE SALE PROGRAM
All wholesale items will not have my personal logo on them unless they are being shipped through delivery. The buyer is responsible for providing their own logo for each and every product being sold. The buyer must also come up with their own individual names for each product sold through my wholesale program.

All orders Processing could take up to 2-5 business days.

Wholesale shipping for wholesale orders could take up to 14-21 business days, not including weekends or holidays in the U.S.A. 

NON-U.S.A. residents, approximately 13-30 business days weekends are not including in shipping days.  
Orders usually will come sooner than this for out of the country customers.

 

IMPORTANT/ SHIPMENTS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL PURCHASED ORDERS. CEO OR MELANIN DIOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF LOST DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS YOU MUST TAKE IT UP WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS AT ANY TIME. IF a WRONG ITEM OR ORDER IS SHIPPED, CONTACT EMAIL BELOW TO CORRECT THE ORDER. You must submit a photo before 24 hours after the package has been delivered.

PACKAGES NEVER SHIP ON HOLIDAYS
If the package is returned due to the wrong address being provided, the customer will be fully responsible for the shipping fees to ship the item back. If the package is returned again the buyer will be refunded and must reorder.
